District Court Case DISMISSED because it was not timely filed
In June of 2015, Blake Bauer, an associate attorney at Marso and Michelson, P.A., was able to successfully argue and convince a District Court Judge to dismiss a case against his client. In this case, Gurstel Chargo, P.A. was representing a debt buyer and failed to file its case by the required date. Blake Bauer argued in front of a Dakota County District Court Judge that the case should be dismissed by operation of law pursuant to Minnesota Rule of Civil Procedure 5.04. The Judge agreed, and just recently issued an Order vacating and dismissing the case on which Gurstel Chargo, P.A. attempted to sue our client on. The client is now free and clear from the debt, and no longer is legally obligated to pay anything toward satisfying the alleged debt.
If you or a loved one is being contacted by Gurstel Chargo, P.A. regarding the collection of a debt, please contact Blake Bauer at firstname.lastname@example.org. Blake enjoys a challenging case, and will fight for his clients when they are being harassed by debt collectors.
